Our goal is to empower individuals to make sense of their world. Through personalised care plans, we encourage them to pursue goals and aspirations—whether attending college, engaging in work placements, or exploring other fulfilling opportunities.

Understanding that every person with ASD has unique abilities and preferences, we complete a detailed autism profile for each person joining FOND Adult Care. This profile helps identify their strengths, interests, and areas requiring support, allowing us to deliver truly individualised care. Our residential and community-based services are delivered by staff with extensive expertise in autism care. Each team is further strengthened by a Positive Behaviour Support specialist and FOND Adult Care’s autism leads.
